Meals on Wheels Central Texas
Adam Hauser, CEO

Adam served on the Board of Directors of the Austin Chamber of Commerce from 2010-2013 and was General Counsel for the organization in 2010-2011 and Vice-Chair of Membership in 2012. Adam currently serves on the Opportunity Austin 4.0 Steering Committee of the Greater Austin Economic Development Corporation, the Meals on Wheels Association of Texas Board, the City of Austin's Commission on Seniors, and co-chairs the One Voice Central Texas Public Policy Committee. Adam was also a graduate of the 2011 Leadership Austin Essential Class.
Adam holds a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
He’s been married to Rhonda Krivosha Hauser for more than 30 years and has two grown children, Micah Hauser and Alana Hauser.
Adam Hauser has been a part of the Meals on Wheels Central Texas family for more than 30 years, and is committed to our life-sustaining mission.
Adam served on the MOWCTX Board and Executive Committee for several years and was Board Chair from 2006-2008 and served on the Meals on Wheels Central Texas In-Home Care (formely HAND) Board since its acquisition by MOWCTX. He’s also a longtime Meals on Wheels volunteer; in fact, he began delivering meals in1988 and still drives a route every Friday.
Adam has extensive experience in leading a successful team. He served as the Office Managing Partner at the Austin office of Husch Blackwell LLP, a national legal firm. Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner of Brown McCarroll, LLP, a local law firm.

Denise Jimenez, Director of Volunteer Services
Denise has been with Meals on Wheels Central Texas for over 11 years, and has served at the Director of Volunteer Services for a little over a year. She started her role as Recruitment Assistant and in 2013 her role changed to primary recruiter, coordinator and trainer of new volunteers in our flagship program; Meals on Wheels. Aside from managing volunteer corporate teams, youth groups, and civic organizations, she led volunteers in peak holiday seasons and busy summer months. In her current position Denise oversees the daily operations for the Meals on Wheels program. Along with Volunteer Services team she coordinates meal delivery operations to 2,352 clients by 7,615 volunteers. Denise manages a group of staff that covers all aspects of Volunteer Services including, recruitment, and retention, recognition, and delivery operations.
Denise is truly grateful to be able to experience each day the joy that each volunteer brings to the community.
